MIKE WEBER

Meet Mike, the numbers guy of the duo with a knack for problem-solving. As a professional engineer, he brings a unique technical edge to real estate, combining expertise in building codes, structural insights, and financial modeling. His passion for real estate sparked during his own DIY transactions, where he discovered how his background could add value beyond traditional brokerage. From water rights evaluations to creative resource solutions, Mike loves digging into data to find the perfect fit for his clients. When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find him outdoors, playing sports, tackling DIY projects, or soaking up a good podcast.

Amber WEBER

Meet Amber, the dreamer and doer behind every vision. Her passion for real estate began in high school, imagining how to turn houses into homes. After teaching English and running a natural resources business, she found her way back to her first love—real estate. Amber thrives on breathing life into spaces, building connections, and finding creative solutions. She’s at her best when she’s showing homes, styling spaces, or chatting with people. Known for her positivity and adventurous spirit, Amber loves turning ideas into reality. When she’s not working, you’ll find her reading, baking, hiking, redecorating, or diving into her ever-changing creative outlets. Interior design certification? It’s on the horizon!

Mike dives deep into the details—foundations, contracts, and market analysis—while Amber focuses on people, marketing, and styling.
